Group Class Description:

Chocy Box; (45 minutes)

Each session your instructor will randomly choose from Boxing, Step, Fitball or Circuit (a combination of Weights and Cardio). suitable for all levels

Level: Low to challenging.

Thump Style

A boxing oriented fitness class. Hit the problem areas - Tone you tummy, hips, thighs and butt in a low impact class suited for both beginner or hardened exerciser. Suitable for all levels.

Level: Low to challenging.

Shape up

A  great workout for a trainer wanting to maintain or improve their fitness. Cardiovascular and muscular conditioning exercise that may comprise some boxing, hand weights, fit ball and low impact aerobics

Level: Low to challenging.

Power Flex;

A class than combines cardio with strength and finishes off with a flexability routine

Level: Low to challenging.

Personal training:
30 or 60 minute sessions
